1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("customer", "you") and Gehna Gems & Jewels Pvt. Ltd., trading as Gehna Jewellers ("we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of the gehnajeweller.com website (including gehnajeweller.com/shop), our showrooms, our WhatsApp communications and offers, as well as any other media form, website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Product & Purity Disclaimer

All gold and diamond jewellery listed on this website is BIS hallmarked and accompanied by a purity certificate. Product images are for representation purposes; actual weight, size, and gemstone characteristics may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of each piece. Final invoiced weight and pricing are confirmed at the time of purchase.

3. Purchase and Payment Terms

We offer customers the option to purchase under two payment structures:

• Full Payment: Pay 100% of the product cost during checkout to initiate immediate dispatch.
• 20% Advance Booking: Pay an advance booking amount of 20% of the product price at checkout via Razorpay to reserve the piece. The remaining balance of 80% is due upon dispatch or at the time of delivery, as agreed upon.

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via the Razorpay gateway.

4. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

Orders booked under the 20% advance booking option may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of the transaction. For detailed information regarding eligible returns, product defects, and refund processing timelines, please review our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. ₹1,000 Gift Voucher Terms

These terms apply to the ₹1,000 gift voucher issued by Gehna Gems & Jewels Pvt. Ltd. to customers through WhatsApp or SMS ("Voucher").

• Value and minimum purchase: The Voucher gives a discount of ₹1,000 on a single bill of jewellery purchase of ₹15,000 or more (final bill value, inclusive of GST).
• Where valid: The Voucher can be redeemed only at our showrooms at Sarafa Bazar (Gwalior), Jhansi, Guna and Morena, by showing the WhatsApp message or quoting the voucher code at the billing counter. It is not valid on online orders placed on this website unless stated in the message.
• Validity: The Voucher is valid until the date mentioned in the message. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
• No clubbing with discounts: The Voucher cannot be combined with any discount, making-charge offer or other promotion. The customer will get either the discount or the Gift Voucher — only one of the two.
• One per bill: Only one Voucher can be used per bill and per customer, and a Voucher can be redeemed only once.
• Exclusions: The Voucher is not valid on the purchase of silver items (silver jewellery, silverware, idols, coins and bars), and is also not valid on gold coins, bullion, gold scheme instalments or old-gold exchange value, and cannot be combined with any other offer.

• No cash value: The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable, and no balance or change will be refunded. Where a purchase made using the Voucher is returned or exchanged, the Voucher value will be adjusted against the refund.
• Verification: The Voucher is linked to the mobile number it was sent to. We may ask for that mobile number or an OTP at the time of billing.
• Misuse: We may refuse or cancel any Voucher that is copied, forwarded in bulk, tampered with or otherwise misused.
• Changes: Gehna Gems & Jewels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Voucher offer at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of the management shall be final, subject to section 7 below.
• Messages: To stop receiving offers and updates on WhatsApp, reply STOP to our message.

6. Communications

By sharing your mobile number with us at our showrooms or on this website, you agree to receive transactional updates, voucher details and offers from Gehna Jewellers on WhatsApp, SMS and calls. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by writing to [email protected].

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, our products, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
